Our approach
RhythmKeep does not require a separate RhythmKeep account, does not sell personal information, and does not use third-party advertising or tracking.
Information you create
Loops, schedules, completion history, preferences, and related app information are stored on your device. Eligible app data may synchronize through your private iCloud database when iCloud is available for your Apple Account.
Notifications
RhythmKeep schedules reminder and encouragement notifications locally through iOS. You can manage notification permission and sound settings in the app and in iPhone Settings.
RhythmKeep Pro subscriptions
Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing are handled by Apple through StoreKit and your Apple Account. RhythmKeep reads Apple’s verified subscription status to unlock Pro features but does not receive your payment-card information.
Backup files
RhythmKeep Pro can export or import a portable RhythmKeep data file containing Loop schedules and completion history. The app creates or reads that file only when you explicitly choose an export or import action. You choose where an exported file is saved and are responsible for keeping it private.
Your choices
You can manage iCloud in Apple Settings, disable notifications in iPhone Settings, delete individual Loops and their activity history, manage subscriptions through Apple, and delete exported backup files wherever you saved them.
Website contact
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include so we can respond. We do not sell that information.
