Yes. “Share a copy” sends an independent habit that the recipient can add and customize. Future changes and progress aren’t linked. Choose shared tracking instead when you want group check-ins.
Eligible personal data can transfer through your private iCloud account when available. Shared invitations and confirmed changes need iCloud and an internet connection. Transfers depend on account access, storage, and connectivity; check the other device before assuming it is up to date.
No. You can keep up to five current habits for free, including reminders, measurement choices, and sharing. Pro adds more capacity, detailed insights, report reminders, and backup import. Coming in version 1.2: your last seven days of Rhythm and data export are free.
Optional Apple Health goals that stay on your iPhone, selected Calendar appointments beside your habits, and a companion Apple Watch app. Siri and Shortcuts can open habit or reminder creation for your confirmation; calendar-event drafts still need to be saved in the calendar editor.
You can also share selected plain text from another app, then open RhythmKeep to review it. It does not connect to your ChatGPT account or create habits from a conversation link.
